Ventura Airways was established in late 2020 and seeks to simulate a real world airline from the start up. We use an economy system developed to allow the airline to grow while ensuring that our pilots know they are making a difference. Every aircraft is paid for by the flights our pilots complete. Ventura Airways is not associated with any real world airline, this allows us to create our own schedules based off where our pilots want to fly the most. Join the journey and fly for Ventura!
We welcome all pilots no matter how experienced you are. We offer training to help you on your journey as a virtual pilot. There are even opportunities to progress your career and become HUB managers and staff to help run the company to success.
We are operators of a constantly growing fleet of aircraft, from business jets flying air ambulance missions to our most popular passenger aircraft the Airbus A320neo. Our pilots are not restricted to the aircraft they can fly. Visit our Fleets page to learn more about the Ventura Fleet.
With flying experience comes rewards, rise through our pilot rankings and earn various awards along the way. Use our training department to become more efficient in the current aircraft you fly or learn something new.
We currently operate out of two hubs which serve both our US and EU domestic flights and international flights.
We are constantly hiring new pilots of all experience levels to come on board and expand the Ventura network. Whether flying passengers or cargo is your thing there is something for everyone. We are also hiring for our staff team, including hub managers and for our social media team. Could you be our next great pilot?
Our PIREP and ACARS system is fully automated meaning no more time is wasted on waiting for paperwork to be approved. The system precisely collects and logs a record of your pilot data including; miles flown, routes, passengers carried and cargo transported. On top of this the system grades each of your flights to ensure that it is up to the companies flight criteria. Paired with our booking and dispatch system this increases your immersion and gets you in the sky quicker than ever before.
